2. Services Description

AromaLeaf Studio provides professional gardening and landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Garden design and planning
• Landscape installation
• Garden maintenance and care
• Consultation services
• Plant selection and sourcing

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services
• Grant our staff reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed-upon services
• Ensure safe working conditions for our staff
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Communicate any concerns or issues promptly

4. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required before commencement of work
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month
• We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic transfers
• All prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of scheduled services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the stage of completion:

• Design services: Refunds are not available once work has commenced
• Installation services: Partial refunds may be available if cancellation occurs before materials are purchased
• Maintenance services: Pre-paid packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis

6. Intellectual Property

All garden designs, plans, and other creative works produced by AromaLeaf Studio remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these designs for their specific property but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

AromaLeaf Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Acts of nature, weather conditions, or other environmental factors beyond our control
• Pre-existing conditions of your property or soil
• Changes in plant health due to factors outside our maintenance schedule
• Third-party actions or negligence

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Plant Guarantee

We guarantee plants installed by our team for 90 days from the date of installation, provided that:

• The plants receive appropriate watering as per our care instructions
• No extreme weather events occur that damage the plants
• The plants are not damaged by third parties or pets

If a plant fails to thrive within this period, we will replace it at no additional cost.

9. Privacy

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
